RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your FINE order. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

To initiate a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know if a refund is approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please keep in mind your bank or credit card may take additional time to process the refund before it hits your account. 


DAMAGED ITEMS OR ORDER ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, if you find that you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will figure out how to make it right for you!

The fastest way to exchange your item is to contact us for a return. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for your desired item.
